Coal Office restaurant is a collaboration between acclaimed chef Assaf Granit, Tom Dixon and JLK Design Studio.
With cooking and food preparation across three floors, Coal Office is a laboratory for new ideas in flavours, tableware, luminosity, comfort and interior design.
JLK Design Studio was appointed to design, develop and implement the restaurant concept. The studio worked closely with Assaf and Tom to create the overall narrative and interiors brief. Rich, re-cycled stone, warm timber and raw metals inform the architectural colour palette—and approach to all custom items.
